You must request a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of the billing invoice date. Once you have the RA, products must be returned within 30 days Only items listed on the RA and in sellable condition are eligible for credit. Customers are responsible for all freight charges. Special orders, non‑stocking, made‑to‑order items, or canceled third‑party customer orders are not returnable.
If there's a quality concern, you must notify AIT, who will initiate a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and issue an RA. Once the defective item is received, AIT will issue a credit memo, or—if you requested a replacement—they will ship the new item and credit you upon receiving the defective one. AIT covers all freight for defective returns. However, if the tool is inspected and deemed non-defective or misused, you may be held responsible for freight charges.
